  3. Customers are required to register with Napster, the exclusive partner for this promotion. Following registration, customers are required to go to the promotional website to enter their qualifying code.
  4. There is no obligation for the customer to purchase any additional tracks, nor are they required to sign up to a subscription.
  5. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to register for use of the Napster Service. If a customer is under 18 but at least 13 years of age, at time of registration they must present the website Agreement to a parent or legal guardian, and he or she must tick the appropriate box on the website to enter into the Agreement on behalf of the customer.
  6. Children under the age of 13 may not register for use of the Napster Service, and parents or legal guardians may not register on their behalf.
  7. Customers will be sent a Napster URL and Napster-Code redeemable for 1 song credit.
