You are just a few simple steps away from claiming your YAZOO Free Kids Sports session voucher. Follow the steps below...

1. Complete your details on the homepage, including your full name, date of birth, email address and pack code
2. Download and print off your voucher

4. If you have any problems finding a course in your local area please call 0871 221 0511 for assistance.
5. Contact Playball in your area via e-mail or mobile at least 7 days before your chosen date to make a booking. Don't forget to tell them you have a YAZOO Free Kids Sports session voucher
6. Present your voucher when you arrive for your session
