Terms & Conditions

  1. Each YAZOO customer with a valid code from participating promotional YAZOO lunchbox 4 & 6 packs (available whilst stocks last) is entitled to one free kids sports or sports themed coaching sessions from Premier Sports Limited.
  2. The Premier Sport offer is only available to Customers in England, Scotland & Wales.
  3. The approximate duration of each free coaching session will be:
    1. School Days: include breakfast sessions and lunchtime sessions – 60 minutes
    2. After School Clubs: Weekdays after school hours – 60 minutes.
    3. Weekend Clubs: Saturdays & Sundays - 90 minutes
  4. Each session accommodates a maximum of 20 people and this offer is subject to availability.
  5. A maximum of one free session per child can be claimed. A maximum of 4 YAZOO Premier Sport vouchers can be claimed per household. Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over.
  6. The coaching sessions are only available to children aged between 5 and 11 years.
  7. All YAZOO Premier Sport vouchers must be downloaded, sessions booked in advance of, and activities completed by 1st March 2012.It is the Customer's responsibility to allow enough time to book their session in order to meet this deadline.
  8. The offer is valid for Premier Sport venues, coaching sessions must be booked in advance – the YAZOO Premier Sport voucher number must be quoted when booking.
  9. If a booking is cancelled it cannot be re-scheduled (subject to Premier Sports discretion).Premier Sports standard conditions apply to participation in coaching sessions and Customers must check www.premiersport.org for a full list of venues, information and further terms and conditions.
  10. YAZOO Premier Sport vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other Premier Sports offer.
  11. Premier Sports only accepts liability for personal injury or death of any consumer attending a Premier Sports activity directly caused by its negligence or the negligence of its staff.
  12. YAZOO Premier Sports vouchers are not for re-sale, redeemable for cash or transferable. Only original, unaltered vouchers will be accepted. Neither TLC its agents or distributors or participating venues will replace lost/ stolen/ damaged vouchers. No photocopied or defaced vouchers will be accepted.
  13. Neither TLC Incentives Ltd (TLC), its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Customer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by Premier Sports of YAZOO Premier Sport vouchers or (b) any inability by the bearer to use a YAZOO Premier Sport voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either a YAZOO Premier Sport voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by Premier Sports and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  14. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
  15. The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.
  16. Any person participating in this promotion is deemed to accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
  17. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
  18. This offer is not available to employees of FrieslandCampina UK, TLC, Premier Sports, their representatives or their direct family.
