Why do I need to wait 30 days to claim?
You must wait 30 days from purchasing your Beko hob to redeem your Hello Fresh box as this is your cooling off period. Once you have waited 30 days please revisit this site in order to download your application form.

What is a cooling off period?
A cooling off period is the period after which we will have confirmation that you have not returned your Beko HII64400AT induction hob. During this period you are unable to redeem your Hello Fresh box. Any applications received before the 30 days are complete will be deemed invalid.

I have not received an email yet
There may be a number of reasons why you have not received your email. If you have not sent off your application form, you will need to do this first via the registration page so that Customer Services can validate your claim. Our Customer Service team take an average of 5 working days to validate a claim, so please ensure you have waited until after this period. If your email has still not come through after these steps, please call Customer Services on 0871 221 0511.

I have lost my application form
If you have lost your application form you will need to go back to the registration page and re-register. If you are having problems, please call Customer Services on 0871 221 0511.

When will my Hello Fresh box be delivered?
Boxes are delivered every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order must be completed by 5pm Tuesday evening to qualify for delivery the week after.

How will my Hello Fresh box be delivered?
Your Hello Fresh box will be delivered by courier.

What happens if my delivery is late?
This rarely happens, however if you do find your delivery is late please call 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email hello@hellofresh.co.uk.

What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you miss your delivery, please call 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email hello@hellofresh.co.uk to arrange another delivery time.

What happens if there is something wrong with the ingredients in my box?
This is very unlikely, as all our food is fresh. However if you do have a problem, you can contact Hello Fresh on 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email hello@hellofresh.co.uk and Hello Fresh will arrange to replace any such ingredient. They will aim to replace this within 24 hours, subject to availability.

What happens if I do not like the food in my box?
Hello Fresh recipes and ingredients are based on regular and in-depth customer feedback and are therefore based on popular preference as well as what is currently in season. We hope that you are delighted with the recipes and food you receive and enjoy trying something new. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that there won’t ever be something that you do not like, however all recipes are put together to appeal to the widest possible audience.

How long will it take for my claim to be validated?
We will begin to validate your claim as soon as we receive your application form. However, as a guide it takes an average of 5 working days for your email with your redeem details to be sent.

  1. This offer is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over who purchase a Beko Induction Hob HII64400AT during the promotional period of 1st February 2014 to 28th February 2014 at Appliances Online only. 
  2. This offer is not available to employees of Beko plc, TLC Marketing UK Ltd. or anyone professionally connected to this promotion.
  3. Purchasers of the Beko hob HII64400AT are entitled to either a 3 meal box for 4 people (meat/fish or vegetarian box), or a 5 meal box for 2 people (meat/fish box) from Hello Fresh. Offer is only available for 1 box. Offer is not available on gift boxes or family boxes. All other costs incidental to the enjoyment of the offer are the sole responsibility of the Beko plc customer.
  4. Qualified customers can claim their Hello Fresh box online at www.tlcrewards.com/beko. Internet access is required.
  5. Customers cannot apply for this offer within 30 days of purchasing a Beko Induction Hob HII64400AT.
  6. Customers must then apply within 60 days of purchasing their Beko hob HII64400AT. Last redeemable date is 23.59 on the 28th April 2014.
  7. Hello Fresh orders are delivered weekly on Tuesday or Thursday. This offer is for a single order of a free box. You must order your box by 5pm on Tuesday for receipt on the following Tuesday or Thursday.
  8. Delivery will arrive between 9am and 5pm on your chosen Tuesday or Thursday. Delivery is included.

  10. Beko plc customers redeeming this offer must post their application form and Beko receipt to Beko plc, PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH along with a stamped addressed envelope to validate their claim. Their receipt will be posted back to them in the stamped addressed envelope provided.
  11. The offer has no monetary value, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, affiliate network sale or discount or redeemed in whole or part for cash. The offer can only be used once per customer, per household. Offer must be used within 60 days of the closing date.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or amend this offer in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to the participant to avoid disappointment.
