Why do I need to wait 30 days to claim?
You must wait 30 days from purchasing your Beko hob to redeem your Hello Fresh box as this is your cooling off period. Once you have waited 30 days please revisit this site in order to download your application form.
What is a cooling off period?
A cooling off period is the period after which we will have confirmation that you have not returned your Beko HII64400AT induction hob. During this period you are unable to redeem your Hello Fresh box. Any applications received before the 30 days are complete will be deemed invalid.
I have not received an email yet
There may be a number of reasons why you have not received your email. If you have not sent off your application form, you will need to do this first via the registration page so that Customer Services can validate your claim. Our Customer Service team take an average of 5 working days to validate a claim, so please ensure you have waited until after this period. If your email has still not come through after these steps, please call Customer Services on 0871 221 0511.
I have lost my application form
If you have lost your application form you will need to go back to the registration page and re-register. If you are having problems, please call Customer Services on 0871 221 0511.
When will my Hello Fresh box be delivered?
Boxes are delivered every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order must be completed by 5pm Tuesday evening to qualify for delivery the week after.
How will my Hello Fresh box be delivered?
Your Hello Fresh box will be delivered by courier.
What happens if my delivery is late?
This rarely happens, however if you do find your delivery is late please call 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you miss your delivery, please call 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email email@example.com to arrange another delivery time.
What happens if there is something wrong with the ingredients in my box?
This is very unlikely, as all our food is fresh. However if you do have a problem, you can contact Hello Fresh on 0203 510 6076, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org and Hello Fresh will arrange to replace any such ingredient. They will aim to replace this within 24 hours, subject to availability.
What happens if I do not like the food in my box?
Hello Fresh recipes and ingredients are based on regular and in-depth customer feedback and are therefore based on popular preference as well as what is currently in season. We hope that you are delighted with the recipes and food you receive and enjoy trying something new. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that there won’t ever be something that you do not like, however all recipes are put together to appeal to the widest possible audience.
How long will it take for my claim to be validated?
We will begin to validate your claim as soon as we receive your application form. However, as a guide it takes an average of 5 working days for your email with your redeem details to be sent.
