What do I have to do to get this offer?
Clubcard members must spend $50 or more at a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store on 19 and 20 December; or 21 and 22 December at stores that do not trade on Saturday or Sunday. Please ensure that your Clubcard is scanned at purchase.
What do I need to do after I spend $50?
Log onto www.priceline.com.au and register your details for The Great Clubcard Escape before 20 January 2010.
What if I do not have access to the internet?
Call Priceline Customer service centre on 1300 88 44 11 and they will register on behalf of you.
When will I receive details about the offer?
If you have registered your details before 20 January 2010, you will receive your personalised voucher and PIN before 29 January 2010 to make your booking at your chosen hotel.
What is minimum daily expenditure (MDE)?
The MDE rate indicates the minimum daily expenditure required by 2 people on breakfast and dinner per day.
For example: If your MDE rate is $100 per day you can spend up to $100 on your breakfast and dinner. Any additional meals will be added to your additional spend at the hotel.
What does the MDE Rate cover?
The MDE rate is for meals only. All drinks, telephone calls, films, mini bar bills are additional costs and must be paid on departure.
What type of hotel room can I have with the MDE Rate?
The offer entitles 2 persons to a standard room. If you wish to upgrade please check with the individual hotel the upgrade cost.
What if I am going alone?
As the offer is strictly for 2 persons in a standard room, please check with the individual hotels if they will accommodate a single room for the MDE per person rate.
Can I book more than 2 people at this rate?
Please check with your chosen hotel if they can accommodate additional rooms for extra people. If you have children under 15, you may only be required to pay for additional bedding in the standard room.
How long can I stay at the hotel?
Each hotel will have different availability; please check with the hotel you wish to stay with the dates you would like to stay.
I can only take this offer during school holidays but the hotel I want does not have availability?
School holidays are peak periods and most hotels are booked out in advance so bookings may be limited or unavailable at some hotels. If you are unable to book your chosen hotel during school
holidays please either look at alternate hotels or dates.
The hotel has advised a different MDE rate from what was advertised?
We endeavor to have the website correct and as up to date as possible however the prices could be subject to change and you are advised to check with your chosen hotel that the prices
quoted are still correct when making your booking.
I lost my vouchers, how can I get a new one?
Please visit the contact us section of this website and either telephone or email your request for a new voucher. All requests for new vouchers must be accompanied by your PIN.
The hotel has asked for a credit or debit card but I don’t have one?The hotels ask for these as security, they do not charge unless additional payment is required. Please check with your hotel if they accept other means of security and/or payment.
Can I give this offer to someone else?
Unfortunately the offer is not transferable.
How many times can I use this offer?
The offer can be used as many times as you like before 20 December 2010.
