How to Register for the Great Clubcard Escape

  1. To qualify for this promotion customers must spend $50 or more at a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy Store on 19 or 20 December or 21 and 22 December at selected stores that do not trade on a Saturday or Sunday.
  2. Qualified customers are required to log onto www.tlc-rewards.com/clubcardescape/register and register their details for The Great Clubcard Escape before 20 January 2010. Providing an email address is compulsory.
  3. Within 4 weeks of registration, you will receive a personal voucher letter and PIN via email allowing you to search and book participating hotels listed on the website.

How to Book

  1. Please check the participating hotels and locations available in the locations section.
  2. Once you have selected the hotel you wish to stay at, please telephone the number provided for the hotel you wish to stay, in advance of your visit, stating that you are in possession of The Great Clubcard Escape Voucher Letter to check availability, discuss the usage of the offer (noting restrictions may apply) and proceed to make your reservation with the hotel.
  3. Following your booking and on arrival at the venue, present your voucher to reception. Please make sure you carry it with you when you visit the hotel, as the voucher is a mandatory requirement.
  4. Don’t forget you can use your voucher as many times as you like until 20 December 2010.

Some advice before you set off

  1. The offer is strictly subject to the hotels promotional availability.
  2. Only one voucher can be used per booking group.
  3. The offer can be used for a minimum of one night and there is no limit to the maximum number of nights however promotional availability is at the hotels discretion.
  4. Some participating hotels have restricted times on the availability of the offer – customers must call in advance to check.
  5. The offer excludes Public Holidays and may be limited on School Holidays. In some cases, hotels may accept bookings on public holidays, in all circumstances please check with the hotel.
  6. All hotel break stays must be taken by 20 December 2010. Please ensure to read the terms and conditions prior to arrival at the hotel.
  7. All MDE prices are correct at the time of promotion launch and are subject to change. You are advised to check with your chosen hotel that the prices quoted are still correct when making your booking.
  8. At the time of booking a debit/credit card number may be required from the hotel. No payment will be debited from the card until your booking is confirmed and only if an additional payment is required. If you are not in possession of a debit/credit card please advise the hotel at time of booking to discuss alternative methods.
  9. Occasionally new employees of the hotels may not be familiar with our contracted arrangements with the hotels, should this occur please ask to speak to the hotel manager or email clubcardescape@tlcmarketing.com
