How do I apply for my spa voucher?
Simply fill in your details on the home page, download and print off the application form and return it to us with a copy of your Hotpoint receipt and a stamped, self addressed envelope (to fit an A5 booklet).

What happens then?
You will receive a spa booklet of participating venues detailing the specific offer or treatments available. Simply choose the venue you would like to visit and complete the booking form at the back of the booklet, then post your completed booking form back to us with a stamped, self-addressed envelope within 30 days to the address above. If you choose a Marriott Hotel spa completed booking forms must be returned by 1st December 2013

When will I get my spa voucher?
Your spa voucher will be posted out to you within 48 hours of us receiving your booking form. The spa voucher entitles you to either a free spa entry for two plus a treatment for one OR a free treatment each for two people, depending which venue you have chosen.  Any additional treatments will be charged directly to you at the standard prices.

What spas are participating?
The participating spas will be listed in the spa booklet you will receive once your application form has been validated. There are over 80 venues nationwide to choose from. If you live in Northern Ireland you will need to call our care line for details of NI venues.

I have not received my spa booklet/spa voucher?
Please allow 14 days for your spa booklet to arrive. If you have not received it within this time call our Customer Services team on 0871 221 0511who will be able to assist you. Lines are open 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Your spa voucher will be posted out within 48 hours of the receipt of your booking form. If you have not received your voucher within 7 days of posting your booking form to us please call on the number above.

How do I book my spa experience?
Simply contact the venue you have chosen stating you have a Hotpoint Spa Voucher and quote the unique code printed on the voucher to book your visit. Vouchers must be used within 6 months of receipt.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
Depending on the venue you select your booking may need to be secured with a credit card. Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged. Please check with your chosen venue when making your booking.

  1. This offer is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over during the promotional period of 1st July to 19th September 2013. Applications made after this period will not be fulfilled and not returned.

  4. Purchases from participating retailers will only be accepted and are determined by the Promoter. For a list of participating retailers please visit www.hotpoint.co.uk/spa (“referred to as “Participating Retailers”). Subject to availability.
  5. Qualifying customers are entitled to free one day spa entry for two people plus one treatment for one person. All other costs and treatments are the customers own. Northern Ireland residents will need to call the customer careline on 0871 221 0511 for details of NI venues. Qualifying customer’s guest must also be 18 years or over.
  6. Applications must be posted along with a a copy of your receipt and a stamped, self addressed envelope (SSAE) to Hotpoint Spa Experience, PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH. Once validated, customers will receive a booklet of participating venues throughout the UK and a booking form within 7 working days. Completed booking forms must be returned with a SSAE within 30 days. If a Marriott Hotel Spa is selected completed booking forms must be returned by 1st December 2013.
  7. Each validated customer will be posted a Spa Voucher which must be used to book directly with the chosen venue and handed over upon arrival.
  8. The exact nature of the treatments and spa facilities will vary between venues. Please refer to the booklet for full details. Use of the Spa Voucher is subject to booking availability and may exclude certain days of the week at some participating venues. The terms &conditions of each individual spa will apply.
  9. Each Spa Voucher is single use.  The unique code on each voucher may only be used once.
  10. The cost of travel to and from the spa venue and all other costs and expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, meals and drinks, tips and gratuities as required are excluded from the promotion.
  11. The list of participating spas remains subject to change and booking restrictions may apply. Please contact your chosen venue to discuss any restrictions and treatments.
  12. Any additional treatments will be chargeable to the customer.
  13. Only one Spa Voucher per person, per household, per venue and per booking group.
  14. The Spa Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt and is not transferable.
  15. The “How to Use” instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  16. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Spa Vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers. Lost or stolen Spa Vouchers will not be replaced.
  17. The Promoter, TLC and its agents accept no responsibility for Applications that are misdirected, lost, incomplete, illegible, delayed or corrupted during delivery or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter, TLC and its agents are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
  18. Proof of posting will not accepted as proof of receipt. We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery for your claim.
  19. Original vouchers only will be accepted. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible Spa Vouchers will not be accepted.
  20. The Spa Voucher has no monetary value, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
  21. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this Spa Voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this Spa Voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either the Spa Voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) the Promoter, TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  22. The Promoter and agent reserve the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  23. By submitting a claim, you agree that the Promoter may disclose information to TLC and its agents for the administration purposes only for this promotion.
