  1. To qualify for this offer, Clubcard holders must spend $50 or more in one transaction, in a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy (excluding prescription purchases) on Dec 8 or 9 2009. The Clubcard must be scanned when payment is made and the ‘how to claim’ instructions must be followed. Information on how to claim forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The pamper voucher entitles the bearer to one of the following pamper experiences which include, but are not limited to: facial, manicure, pedicure, tanning, waxing, massage, semi permanent make-up (i.e. eyelash tinting), yoga, pilates or a personal trainer session. Pamper experiences will depend on availability and their duration will vary between venues. Some of the participating therapists conduct experiences at your home.
  3. To claim a free pamper voucher, the application form must be downloaded from www.priceline.com.au/clubcard, completed in FULL, legible and sent into the application address with a stamped self addressed envelope. This must arrive at the application address no later 8th January 2010. The application address is: Priceline December Promotion,
    PO Box R446, Royal Exchange, NSW, 1225. Applications that do not fulfil all of the criteria stated will be provided with a second chance to submit their form in full, by 19th February 2010. Applicants are provided is one second chance only.
  4. Voucher valid for promotional bookings made with the allocated participating therapist/venue by 31st May, 2010.
  5. This offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the promoter, TLC Marketing Worldwide Pty Ltd (TLC) or agencies or suppliers appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
  6. This offer is based on advanced bookings only with the allocated therapist/venue/trainer and is strictly subject to promotional availability.
  7. On arrival at the venue or therapist/ trainer, the voucher must be presented to redeem the offer. The voucher may only be used once.
  8. Customers may only claim one pamper voucher per therapist/venue/trainer during the
    promotional period. E.g. a customer may not redeem another pamper voucher with the same therapist/venue/trainer.
  9. The voucher bearer must conform to the individual terms of participating therapists/venues/trainers (e.g. minimum age, hygiene, allergy tests, health requirements etc). The voucher bearer must discuss these terms with their allocated therapist/venue/trainer when they make their appointment.
  10. All additional therapist/venue/trainer goods and services outside of the Priceline promotion (such as additional experiences/sessions, longer experiences/ sessions or product purchases) are to be paid for by the consumer at the full price. Additional customers will pay the full price for any pamper experience and all future bookings with the therapist/
    venue/trainer will be charged at the full price.
  11. Participating therapists/venues/trainers are all contracted to participate in the pampering offer. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, TLC, and their respective agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any therapists/venues/trainers declining acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their own. If for any reason a therapist/venue/trainer has to cancel/postpone a promotional booking they will contact the voucher bearer in advance to advise them.
  12. Participating therapists/venues/trainers reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. because of public holidays). Please note that this offer may exclude use during public and school holidays – please check with your allocated therapist/venue/trainer. Customers must call at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment to confirm their booking.
  13. TLC will use reasonable endeavours to allocate a therapist/venue/ trainer offering your preferred experience in your preferred area, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the preferred experiences or areas requested are unavailable, TLC will allocate another therapist/venue/trainer or experience. Such an offer will fulfil our promotional obligations.
  14. In the case that there is no participating therapist/venue/trainer in your requested area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a therapist/venue/trainer is recruited (please allow 6 weeks). TLC will use reasonable endeavours to recruit a  therapist/venue/trainer in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of more than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfil all promotional obligations to you.
  15. In the event of large promotional uplift, therapists/venues/trainers reserve the right to book voucher bearers up to 4 months from date of calling to make a promotional pampering booking.
  16. All cancellations/postponements of promotional bookings must be made with the allocated therapist/venue/trainer by the voucher bearer at least 48 hours in advance of the booked appointment.Failure to do so may result in the loss of your right to redeem the pampering voucher. In such matters as outlined here, the Promoter’s decision is final.
  17. Photocopied, illegible, damaged, altered or scanned vouchers will not be accepted. This offer is not transferable (only the qualifying Clubcard member may apply for this offer) or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and TLC (including it’s their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or TLC’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by either the Promoter or TLC) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (d) during participating in the experience (e) any featured venues/therapists/trainers participation in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC; (f) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (g) quality or availability of any featured venue/therapist/trainer or (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the pamper voucher because the customer failed to make a booking with the allocated venue/therapist/trainer before 31st May 2010, or failed to cancel/postpone
    an appointment made with the allocated therapist/venue/trainer within 48 hours of the appointment time.
  19. The promoter, its agents and distributors will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to amend any details and/or prices without notice.
  20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter or TLC reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute the pampering offer with another offer of equal or greater value.
  21. TLC and/or the Promoter will require your personal information for the purpose of conducting the offer, and may disclose this information to suppliers and/or their respective agents. Personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be used for the purposes of the promotion only, including the fulfilment of bookings.   22. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  23. The Promoter shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
